Skilfully merging flavours from across the Mediterranean, Wanax serves food and drink with a twist, on a two-page menu where nothing is ordinary. Live music several evenings a week and on Sunday afternoons, in an outdoor seaside sanctuary.

Across the season the gardens come into their own: live cooking stations, themed evenings and entertainment under the trees, a few metres from the water.
